Dear John and Barbara:
Just a short note to say thanks to you for the unbelievable experience you provided in the very quick sale of my Historical Home and the thirty-one acres.
After having my property listed with another Realtor for 14 months, with no results, I was concerned that it would not sell. So when you contacted me I was skeptical; what a change, 46 days later (with 4 offers) I could pick the one I wanted. The rest is history, thanks again.

It has been almost three weeks since we closed on our new home and we are adjusting beautifully. I'm mad at you! You made buying a home so easy, fluid, & a great experience, I thought that was the way it was all the time! Little did I know how difficult it is to even talk to some one outside Fox & Roachs Exton Office. When I was talking to the "other Realtor" about the vacation property, the first thing he did was try & steer me away to other properties he had, & they didn't even have water! Then when I told him who the Seller's agent was, he told me he worked in the same office. I told him I called several times but nobody had returned my calls. My wife, daughter and I recently moved into our first home, thanks to the help of one of your associates, Amy Kroeger. At first, we had our reservations about signing on with a buyer's agent; however, Amy's professionalism, availability, and friendliness won us over. While looking at properties, Amy never pressured or hurried us, and her candidness was refreshing. She was always available to answer questions. In general, she was a pleasure to work with. We would also like to thank Larry Long of Trident Mortgage. He took the time to explain to us our various mortgage options, even as other pressing matters arose(for example, a daughter pleading for him to get her popcorn.) He explained the paperwork clearly and thoroughly, and responded promptly to our calls. Lastly, we would like to thank Lee Maxfield from Trident Insurance for her help in obtaining homeowner's insurance. She ensured us that all of the paperwork was in order for the closing and delivered on all of her promises. Amy, Larry and Lee made our settlement extremely painless (forget about all of the horror stories you hear.) The are definitely assets to their respective employers and their fields in general.
